Can't import Anytone 578 Codeplug

I am having a problem importing the code plug from my Anytone 578. I select the .LST file which is located with all the .CSV export files from the 578. I get an "Unhandled Exception Error" message (msg text attached). If I click Continue the program seems to stick at about 10% and will not respond. The only way to deal with it at that point is to go into Task Manager and kill the program and restart it. But that doesn't fix the problem, it just gets the unresponsive program out of the system.
I have also attached all of the abovementioned files in a .ZIP archive file. Any assistance you can offer will be appreciated.

You can try with an older version of Anytone CPS, like version 3.03 or 3.04.

The main issue with the Anytone imports is the changes in the structure and column naming differences between different CPS versions. To many to keep track of and, although I haven't looked, I don't believe it's possible to tell which version the files came from.
