Radio Reference Import

Post by Gilly11277 »

First off I want to say thank you for this tool! The Radioddity software is hot garbage.

Codeplug Editor comes with built-in support for Repeater Book which is nice but I much prefer Radio Reference. Would it be possible to add this functionality to the CPEditor software? If not, what would be the best way to convert the format? I'm having a difficult time importing.

I have looked into supporting the Radio Reference API as well as the current RepeaterBook implementation.
However because the API's work differently I would have to write another set of code to handle them separately. It is something I want to add as I know people have their preference and some databases will cover certain areas better than others for more accurate results.

I just need to find the time to write the code between work and other commitments I have at weekends, especially throughout the summer months here.
