Cannot get channel drop-down menu to appear

Newbie here, I cannot get a drop-down menu to appear when trying to add a channel. Using Win10. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what drop-down menu you are referring to?
Is this with the new version or the old one?
Adding a channel should be as easy as entering the new channel name and clicking the add button.. this should copy the details of the previous channel and then you can update the selected contact etc.
