Contacts not Written to the radio. DB25-D

New Firmware and latest update of CodePlug editor. Created 90 or so contacts. Saved to JSON and wrote to radio. No contacts were available in any of the digital zones. Nothing. bumpkis, nada, zip. Makes CPE unusable. Downloaded the radio into the OEM version and there wasn't anything under contacts.
