Fixed channel import when NO scan lists are defined.
Fixed scan list creation when importing channels with scan list name column set to "OFF".
Fixed APRS settings issue when downloading from a radio with old firmware. Tested firmwares from 20 July 2020 to 29 March 2021.
Fixed issue with download or upload to radio if your Windows account name has a space or codeplug file location folder name has a space.
Re-Enabled firmware update button;
The firmware update function of the tool is not fully tested.
However it does work and will successfully flash the radio with the firmware, the only issue is that the radio does not automatically turn off after the update is complete.
